Its advantage is the automatic switching between standard operation from the grid and backup. It is necessary to control the load during a power outage to avoid overload, because its function switches the entire house to the inverter backup.
The undisputed advantage is the minimal intervention in the customer's switchboard - Smartmeter (inverter measurement) common breakdown point and all fuses are part of this switchboard. So it is enough to make a loop between the main switchboard and the location of the technology. The switchboard also has a crisis disconnection of the inverter HDO (N0%) The R-FVE-D1 switchboard is designed for the main circuit breaker in the column to the B40/3 circuit breaker .
Note: Smartmeter is not part of the AZ TRADERS sro delivery. If the customer supplies Smartmeters, we are able to install them in the switchboards.
There is a slight time delay when switching (contactor switching) - so it is not a fail-safe backup solution.
EATON IKA-3/54-ST switchboard, EATON SPBT12-280/4 class T1+T2 surge arrester, EATON IS40/3 main switch, preparation for boiler protection – EATON PL6-B16/3, protection of the inverter and backup circuits 2x EATON PL6-B20/3, contactor including ELKO HRN-55 monitoring relay and EATON Z-SCH230/40-40 contactor, protection for measurement and control, EATON PL6 circuit breakers and 2 contactors for autonomous switching of the object to backup Z-SCH230/25 + relay for controlling the emergency HDO.
In combination with the R-FVE-E1 (R-FVE-E2) switchboard, where the AZ Router is also located, you can connect the switches with a prepared cable harness and have complete technology in 2 switches, including regulation for DHW.
